Spring Term 2021
Learning at home
Over the next few weeks we are going to put some activities on to our Nursery website. If your child is staying safe at home, you can hopefully try and do some of these activities together!
Hello everyone! Hope you had a lovely weekend and enjoyed playing in the snow. Did you make a snowman?
This week we are going to be reading a book called "Sharing a shell" by Julia Donaldson. This story is about three sea creatures who try to share their home. They find it a struggle to share with each other!
Are you good at sharing?
We went on a snail hunt at Nursery. We found lots of snails in the nursery grounds.
Do you know what a snail looks like?
Watch this and find out about snails.
Snails carry their house on their back. It is called a shell. Would you like to carry your house on your back?
Where are their eyes? How do they smell? Can you find out some fun facts about snails?
Have a look in your garden. How many snails can you find?
Week beginning 18th January
Hope you've had a lovely weekend. This week in Nursery we are going to be looking at the story "Walter's Wonderful Web" by Tim Hopgood.
We have lots of fun activities planned.
Listen to the story. I hope you enjoy it!
